This is it, the final Biology of Stress Training Video!
You are about to learn how our body and nervous system store and hold on to different kinds of memories and how these memories are essential, and can be used, if we want to tap into deeper levels of healing. I’ll also go over a sort of “emergency first aid” procedure that you can start to implement right away to lessen the likelihood of future stressors and traumatic events from sticking to you, so you can avoid any future post-traumatic stress.
This final video is a touch longer (about 20 minutes longer) than the first four training videos, so remember to pause the training if you need to and return to the learning at your own pace. Remember that this TOO is a body-based lesson!
